These are the initial charges (144 on each capacitor) because net potential difference is 120V and charges on the capacitors has to be same.
Assume charge on each of the capacitor to be q
q/2 + q/3 = 120 which gives q = 144.

Similarly, final charges are 120 on C1 and 180 on C2, because batteries are directly connected across the plates of capacitor, so Q= CV.

Now you can find the charge flown through each wire.
