Kinetic energy can decrease for some time but it will always increase later on. And graph will be like a parabola.

B is possibile when you throw a charge against electric field.
C is possible if charge is just released
D is possible if you throw perpendicular to electric field ( initially y axis me KE hai and x me velocity jitna badega utna add up hoga.)

The c×V force is perpendicular to velocity always so it will do 0 work. Only electric field does work. And I used work energy theorem.

Q.18 me thermal energy will be change in potential energy of system. Toh initial potential energy calculate karenge (self energy + interaction potential energy) and final potential energy calculate karenge (self energy + interaction potential energy) and then subtract. Iska ham solution nahi likhe.
