Ok so if you write thermal equilibrium equation for outer shell (which has some radius kR) then we will obtain the relation:
and now we can write thermal equilibrium for inner shell, and then we can obtain formula for T(in), which is:
T(in)^4 = (P/((4piR^2*(sigma)))*(k^2)/(k^2-1)
And hence we can say that the temperature if inner shell is dependent on radius of outer shell.
