As of the answer I think DB Oxygen will not attack because of higher EN of SP2.
Electronegativity means ability to hold electron

So the one without DB will attack as Rudra said

Since there are two L.P on sp3 oxygen and both are into unhybridised p orbital because of conjugation from two double bonded oxygens and hence no L.P is there to attack on,on SP3 Oxygen and that is why SP2 Oxygen is attacked.

Even if you apply same logic for previous question then, only one Lone pair is in the unhybridised p orbital and afyer that we check SP2 and SP3 wala factor discussed earlier…
